Another installation of the holy grail of real estate reality television just dropped Friday—yup, Selling Sunset season 6 is officially here. And while it’s a shame viewers have to say goodbye to Christine Quinn and Maya Vander this time around, two new agents will be arriving to fill their shoes: Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi.

Unlike other agents appearing on the show, Nicole is actually not new to The Oppenheim Group—but she is a newbie when it comes to having a camera follow your every move. “I have $100 million in sales and counting,” she says in the new season’s trailer. “If someone were to get in the way of that, there’s gonna be an issue.”

From the get-go there's lots of drama to unpack (mostly with fellow agent Chrishell Stause).

Ahead, learn everything you’ll need to know about one of Selling Sunset’s newest cast member, including where Nicole is from, how long she’s been at the O group, and who her coworker besties are.

Buckle up, because it's about to be a wild ride.

Where is Nicole Young from?

While she was originally born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Nicole moved to Texas for college. She attended Baylor University in the early 2000s, studying marketing and public relations before moving to Los Angeles in 2007, per Us Weekly and her O Group bio.

While she was an undergrad, Nicole worked as a marketing consultant, and this gig eventually led her to real estate.

“Known for her unwavering integrity and candor, Nicole will not advocate any deal unless she is confident it is the right move at the right time,” her O Group bio says. Let’s see how that pays off on the big screen, yeah?

How long has she been in real estate?

A long time. In fact, she has actually been employed by Jason and Brett for nearly a decade, since her LinkedIn says she started working at their office in December of 2014. Deadline even called her the “O.G. of The Oppenheim Group,” saying she’s been the longest-standing and top-producing realtor there with $100 million in sales. (Daaang!)

Nicole was originally offered a spot in the cast for season 1, and was all set to join the show before backing out, according to Us. "Honestly, at the time, I just got cold feet right before they were going to start filming,” Nicole told PEOPLE in August. “I just wasn't ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business—which I'm very protective of—to the entire world."

She's good friends with Mary Fitzgerald.

In fact, Nicole officiated Mary and Romaine's wedding back in 2019. Mary and almost every other gal in the cast appear several times on Nicole's IG page. Clearly, they're all already close.

Is Nicole married?

Yup, she married her now-hubby Brandon Young back in 2017, according to Us. She lives with him and their dogs—a French bulldog and a Brussels Griffon, the outlet wrote. In her free time, Nicole is an “avid beach volleyball player and succulent gardener,” her O Group bio says.

How old is she?

Nicole is currently 37 years old.

What is Nicole's net worth?

The exact number here is unclear, but considering Nicole has worked in high-end real estate since 2014, it's likely she has turned quite a profit from all that hustle. Check back in soon for updates!

Nicole is not afraid of drama.

Actually, Nicole is excited for viewers to see every part of her life, and she’s close with some of the other agents. She even officiated Mary Fitzgerald’s wedding to Romain Bonnet back in 2019, and she was also at Christine Quinn’s baby shower with the rest of the cast in 2021, per Us.

Before filming, Nicole asked Mary for advice. "She kept reiterating, 'Just be yourself,’” she told PEOPLE. "'Don't try to be anything that you think people want you to be or say what they want you to say.'"

Regarding the drama that is always bound to rear its head during filming, Nicole told the outlet: “I fully realize that’s a large and unavoidable aspect of the show, but I have pretty thick skin. I’m not easily offended and I have no qualms about voicing my opinion, so I’m not too worried,” she said. “It’s going to be a fun, wild ride and I’m here for all of it!!!” A great mindset to have, IMO!

Chrishell and Nicole get ~into it~ during season 6.

For one, Nicole comes in hot claiming that three years ago, Chrishell took credit for two of her own listings. Then, later in the season, Chrishell says that Nicole was acting "cracked out" and suggests she's on drugs.

Nicole was none too pleased about this. "When she first said it, I felt like I'd just been hit by a train. I was so shocked," she said during an interview with People. "I was like a deer in headlights. It took me a moment to even process what she had said, and I was gutted. I was just absolutely gutted."

And it doesn't look like the air has been cleared, because Nicole went on to say that the experience was "really tough" and rewatching the scenes later was "just as difficult." Oof.

Nicole is returning for season 7.

Yup, after making her debut in season 6, this agent is here to stay.

“I am definitely going to be bringing a lot of real estate to the table, which I’m very excited about,” she told Us in August. "Not just the properties, but my clients and the relationships I have with them because at the end of the day, relationships are the most important aspect of real estate.”

I will absolutely be ready to watch Selling Sunset season 6 as soon as it drops—there's no doubt it'll be appointment television.
