Time: 30 minutes

Equipment: Dumbbells (one set of 8 - 15 lbs), towel, mat, water bottle

Good for: Total-body

Instructions: You'll start with a warmup and then get right into the Tabata workout. Tabata involes 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times through. In this workout, you'll do 5 rounds total, followed by a cooldown.
