Anne's personal trainer Ramona Braganza actually shared a few insider workout secrets with Women’s Health, too. According to Braganza, when Anne is prepping for a big event, she’ll do five days of one-hour workouts. “We often warmed up by doing sun salutations or a dance warmup,” Braganza said. The workouts are often HIIT-type sessions, providing toning, lifting, a metabolic boosting effects.

It hasn't always been easy growing up in the spotlight, though. Anne talked to Allure about Hollywood's intense body standards. “At 16 years old, it was ‘Congratulations, you have the part. I’m not saying you need to lose weight. I’m just saying don’t gain weight.’ Which of course means you need to lose weight," she said.

When it comes to her diet, the star shared that for WeCrashed, she fully committed to a raw diet. “I don’t really go as immersive as I did before I had kids,” she told Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. “Rebekah is a very passionate vegan. I was a raw vegan.”

She's also cut out alcohol, and shared more about her journey with Tatler, “My issue is I just love it. So. Much. But the way I do it makes me unavailable for my son. My last hangover lasted for five days.”

Anne went on to explain, “I’d earned it—it was a day drinking session with friends that went into an evening birthday party with one of my drinking buddies,” adding that she “will never be that person who can nurse a glass of wine throughout an entire evening.”

Go, Annie, go!
