• Joey King just dropped a ton of footage from her time in Tel Aviv, and she made sure to include a funny video from a trip to a beach.
  • In the clip, the actress, 23, showed off her super-toned abs and legs in a bikini as she tried to do a handstand.
  • Joey has not been shy about sharing her gym gains on social media, including a deadlift PR she hit last year.

Joey King might have just gotten the best tattoo of all time. The Kissing Booth actress, 23, shared snaps and videos from her recent vacay to Tel Aviv, Israel, with her friends and fiancé Steven Piet, and she revealed that she got a tattoo of the word 'hummus' in Hebrew on the small of her neck.

Besides those fun adventures, Joey also spent plenty of time at the beach. Joey shared a video of herself dancing on the beach and attempting to nail a handstand while rocking a matching black bikini that highlighted her shredded core and strong legs and booty.

"Me?! Have the time of my life in Tel Aviv?!? Guilty. New favorite ink by the lovely @ronniwink," she captioned the post. Joey's sister Hunter King commented, "Love this❤️." Another follower wrote, "Period you look amazing," while another added, "You are stunning."

If you're curious to know more about Joey's workout routine (and how she gets those sculpted abs) you should know that Joey makes exercise a regular part of her lifestyle. She told The New Potato that her fave workouts include running and boxing, and she tries to workout four-to-five times a week. "I absolutely love exercise because I feel energetic and happy when I work out on a regular basis, but sometimes vegging out is so necessary," she told the outlet.

But she doesn't avoid strength training. She works with trainer Jason Walsh, who told Shape all about the video Joey posted of herself hitting a new goal while trap bar deadlifting. "Personal record 140 lbs," she captioned the video.

Walsh told the mag that Joey worked her way up to this new deadlift PR by starting with simple bodyweight moves, including squats, hip hinges, and lunges. "We want to establish all the basics and then we can get into the fun stuff," he shared.

Besides hitting the gym, Joey likes to stay fit getting in challenging hikes.

When it comes to fueling up for all that activity, Joey makes sure to eat lots of good nutrients. For her role in The Princess, Joey shared with Byrdie that her stunts and training (which included three to four hours a day of skateboarding) forced her to focus on getting proper nutrition.

"I wake up, I pack my Gatorade and many liters of water. I eat a big breakfast: a bowl of oats with lots of fruit and some toast. I head to training, where I f**kin' go for it for a few hours,” she says. “Then I have meetings to prepare for the rest of the film. Then I take a shower, shove myself in an ice bath, and then I am miserable while I'm doing that. But then I get out and sleep like a goddamn baby."

When she's not working, The Act star likes to get in the kitchen and cook.

And during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in February 2022, Joey taught Drew how to make her mom's delicious kugel recipe. (Here's the recipe!)

Making that ASAP...thanks, Joey!
