  • Rihanna is busy running after her 1-year-old, RZA, but still takes time to stay moving.

Rihanna has officially broken the internet with her latest Instagram post. The "Diamonds" singer, 35, shared a series of throwback pics from a nearly-nude maternity shoot that she did during her first pregnancy with her now-1-year-old son, RZA. In the pics, Rihanna is totally topless, wearing just a gold body chain, black thong and heels to highlight her gorgeous, strong pregnant body.

"here’s a little series I call 'Rub on ya titties,'" she wrote in the caption. "in honor of my first pregnancy, embracing motherhood like a g, and the magic that this body made! Baby RZA… he in there not having a clue how nuts his mama is, or how obsessed he was bout to make me #maternityshoot2022 #tobecontinued."

The post got so much love from Rihanna's friends and followers. Her BFF Melissa Ford had so many thoughts on the post, commenting, "🗣🗣Nobody ever has to post again! Cuzzzz howwww sis???" Of course, the Savage x Fenty founder is currently pregnant with baby #2 with her BF A$AP Rocky.

And during her first pregnancy, Rihanna opened up about how much her body changed. "Oh yeah, girl. It changed. I guarantee you it changed. I had a baby. Let's be real," she said, per People. "My booty. Now it's my booty because I got one."

Before giving birth to RZA, Rihanna told Vogue that she was concerned she might struggle with postpartum depression. “Will I feel out of control emotionally? Those are the stories I hear from other women that scare me," she told the mag.

In another interview with British Vogue after RZA's birth, she opened up more about how she was doing after his birth and the early days of motherhood. “It was beautiful,” she said, adding that is was also a “head-f**k." She continued: “I cannot believe it. Essentially, from one person I became two. You walk into the hospital as a couple and leave as a family of three. It’s nuts. And oh, my gosh, those first days are insane. You don’t sleep. At all. Not even if you wanted to. We came home, cold turkey, had no one. It was just us as parents and our baby. Man, you’re a zombie for the most part.”

During her current pregnancy, Rihanna has been active (or has at least tried to be!). In April 2023, she shared a video on Instagram of herself holding RZA while rocking a sports bra, writing in the caption, "Look who don’t want mommy to workout 🤷🏿‍♀️."

Rihanna also loves good food, so she has a personal chef, Debbie Solomon, who whips up delish meals. Solomon told Bon Appetit that Rihanna is a “a moody eater." "[With previous clients] I would send in a menu on a Sunday or Monday and they would pick for the week, and then I'd be able to shop and prep, but this is nothing like that. We don't know what we're gonna want to eat tomorrow, so why even pick today?” she shared.

One thing Rihanna doesn't skimp on: protein. "Every protein that you can think of that [Rihanna] eats,” Solomon added.

Does caviar count as protein?! Regardless, I love it, RiRi!
