• Kyle Richards posted a selfie of her totally sculpted core in a workout bra and undies on Instagram, prompting people to question whether she had used a diabetes drug that is used off-label for weight loss.
  • The RHOBH star denied the claim, and set the record straight online.
  • For Kyle, workouts are a way to relieve stress, and she likes taking SoulCycle and boxing classes.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards is setting the record straight when it comes to her ripped physique: Her muscles are the result of hard-working hours in the gym, not plastic surgery or the trendy, new weight-loss drug, Ozempic.

ICYMI, Ozempic is an FDA-approved diabetes drug that is being prescribed off-label for weight loss, and it has blown up in popularity recently thanks to its virality on social media. “I have never tried ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery,” Kyle commented on a Page Six Instagram post after people started flooding the comments asking her if she was on Ozempic.

One thing is clear, however. And that is that Kyle is mega-strong right now. In the photo that she posted to her Instagram Story, the RHOBH star poses for a mirror selfie in a workout bra and underwear, showing off her totally toned core and legs. Here's the pic:

Kyle has shared recent workouts, including this seemingly sweaty one with former Real Housewife Teddi Mellencamp, who previously came under fire for her “All In” weight loss method, which basically amounted to starvation.

For those wondering what Kyle does to tone her core and arms, look no further than her Instagram account. This housewife has been putting some serious time in at the gym for years. It’s her stress relief.

“For me, if I want to feel good and, you know, if I’m stressed, it’s exercise, exercise, exercise,” Kyle told US Weekly. She usually alternates between workout classes like boxing and SoulCycle, as well as nature walks with her family.

"I love hiking, going on walks with my friends on steep hills, inclines. I just like to be outdoors mainly," Kyle told E! News.

She is also a fan of mountain biking, as evidenced by this stunning photo taken in Utah.

You go, Kyle!
