Move over Superman — there’s a new superhero in town and it’s Lucy Liu.

The 53-year-old actress showed off her ultra-toned core in a stunning red two-piece outfit at the San Diego Comic-Con, and everyone is so here for it. For the event, Lucy donned a long red lace skirt by Zuhai Murad with a sheer matching red top.

To provide a little BTS action, Lucy posted a reel that showed her getting her hair and makeup done in her pajamas before magically transforming into glam red carpet-esque look. The reel was set to Levitating by Dua Lipa which feels perfect TBH.

“Had a fantastic day reuniting with this crew for Shazam! Fury of the Gods at Hall H this weekend at San Diego @comic_con. You could say we had a little fun…. 🤪⚡️." Well, she certainly looked like she was having a good time!

In another video of Lucy twirling around, she wrote, “Comic-Con is all about the fans. Thank you for such a warm welcome!”

Luckily for all Lucy Stans out there, she shared some of her wellness secrets with Women’s Health back in 2021. For starters, the star said she is a big SoulCycle fan and takes a 20-minute at-home class with an added-on 10-minute arm workout daily.

“It helps get the engine running,” she told WH. “It wakes up the body and the mind.”

Lucy also sees a doctor regularly for muscle response testing, an alternative practice that involves evaluating muscle strength to uncover deficiencies in the body. (Sign me up!) And, she practices Transcendental Meditation to keep her mind strong.

Lucy is no stranger to the gym and often posts her workouts on IG. Here she is doing an ab exercise with a medicine ball.

Lucy also told FITNESS Magazine she is smarter, stronger, and more confident than she was in her twenties, a fact that she attributes to 10 years of Pilates.

"Pilates introduced me to muscles I never even knew I had. Soon I started to feel longer and leaner." Though she is busy, Lucy told the magazine that when she has extra time she loves to go for a swim or take her dog for a walk!

As far as diet, Lucy tries to avoid junk food so she doesn’t lose her “high” after working out, she told the magazine.

“If I'm really hungry, I might have a breakfast burrito with spinach, a fried egg, and tomatoes. For dinner, I have fish with steamed vegetables or a salad. But I also eat veggie pizza or pasta, because when you're standing all day, it's a workout, and sometimes you need to carbo-load."

Keep doing what you're doing Lucy, it's clearly working!
