• Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, 40, just revealed her sculpted legs and booty on the red carpet in a white, cutout dress.
  • Later, she crushed a difficult yoga session with her co-star Emma Hernan in a new Instagram Story video.
  • HIIT workouts and a diet filled with fresh fruit and vegetables helps Chrishell feel her best.

Whether she's strutting down the red (er, green) carpet at a movie premiere or trying a new workout with her BFF, Chrishell Stause is always on the go. The 40-year-old Selling Sunset star showed off her long, lean legs in a white, cutout dress at the Los Angeles, California premiere of The Lost City.

Later, Chrishell teamed up with her Selling Sunset co-star Emma Hernan on Instagram. The pair tried a brand new yoga-ish pose together in an IG Story video—and the move required major muscle strength. Luckily, Chrishell totally has what it takes:

Wondering just how Chrishell stays in such great shape? For starters, you can check out all of her favorite workouts on her Instagram—she even has a "Workouts💪🏼💀😅" highlight reel with all her go-tos.

Her trainer, Ocho, is an athlete and founder of Power 8 LA. "She has been killing my program since we first started," Ocho told Women's Health UK. "Her drive, determination and work ethic mean she adapts and destroys everything I put her through." Apparently, Chrishell started seeing results just two weeks into her sessions with Ocho (talk about #goals!).

"A week of workouts for Chrishell can vary," Ocho added. "Her schedule is very hectic, so we get in what we can, and HIIT training is one of the most efficient ways she can build muscle and burn fat at the same time."

But that's not all: "We do heavyweight and plyometrics, as well as HIIT, so that her body is always moving and so that she never gets bulky, but still gains strength." Ocho also said Chrishell tries to take two to three rest days a week, although her job showing homes and walking around L.A. is a great type of active recovery, he noted.

Food-wise, Chrishell packs in protein. Breakfast is usually egg whites with peppers and cheddar cheese. On busy days, she'll reach for a protein bar—her favorites are think! Creamy Peanut Butter protein bars, Papa Steve's No Junk Raw Protein Bars, and ONE Peanut Butter Pie bars.

Lunch is fish with a side of vegetables, and fresh fruit as a snack. “I'll have mango, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples; I just can't get enough,” she told Women's Health. Later, dinner might be pizza, sushi, or a frozen grain-free, gluten-free lasagna.

And, can't forget dessert! “I have such a sweet tooth. I love dessert. If I'm out to dinner, I pretty much always get dessert," Chrishell said. "There are two things I will always order: strawberry shortcake and pineapple upside-down cake.”

Delish. Pass the fork?
